21-year old minibus driver Emad el-Kabir Kebir's humiliation in the Bulaq police station is alleged to have occurred in January 2006 after he got involved in a dispute between his cousin and the police.
The video clip depicting his torture was sent to the cell phones of fellow drivers to warn them that the same can happen to them if they refuse to do the bidding of security officers.
